By Booking an Appointment, You Agree to the Following:
Non-Refundable Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and avoid no-shows.
Rescheduling: We require 24 hours’ notice for reschedules. Late reschedules (within 24 hours) will forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required. To keep our schedule running smoothly, please limit rescheduling to no more than once. Frequent rescheduling may require a revised deposit.
Scheduling Issues: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re happy to assist with scheduling challenges. However, it is your responsibility to manage and schedule your appointments. Non-refundable deposits will be retained for all appointments, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a missed appointment, subject to a 25% charge, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
Declined Payment: If your card is declined, the appointment will be rejected.
Guests: Only one guest may accompany you, and no children under 13 are allowed in the studio.
Vouchers: Vouchers are valid for first-time clients only and cannot be used for touch-ups.
Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 or older at the time of their appointment.
