Calling/texting first assures you a shorter to no wait time. We are currently not taking walk-ins.

Note: Appointments available between 11am–2pm only. Appointments made after 2pm will need to be rescheduled.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit when booking your appointment online.

• We require 24-hours notice for all cancellations/reschedules. A cancellation forfeits your deposit. We allow only one reschedule before you lose your deposit on the 2nd reschedule.

• Appointments made on Sunday or Monday will not be confirmed and charged until business hours on Tuesday because the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

• A declined credit card/no sufficient funds will reject the appointment.

• After booking, please read the confirmation email for appointment instructions.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may be considered a missed appointment, charged 25% and have to reschedule.

• If you have scheduling issues, you can contact us, and we will do our best to fit you in. However, please note that YOU are ultimately responsible for scheduling your touch-ups.

• Only one extra person can attend with you, and no children under 13 years old are allowed.

• We only accept vouchers from clients new to brow-blading, not for touch-ups.
